Today I threw together pesto, tomato and $1.37 ham delights for afternoon tea. Italian roasted vegetables feat. parsnips (first time eating, will be eating again) and cous cous for dinner. Late night post-booze egg and lettuce sandwich that went down a treat.

A few days ago I ate some burritos, and I eat a good cereal breakfast most mornings before going to work, but compared to 6 months ago I eat nada. Unbelievably I am still a much heavier cunt than I was 3 months ago and I have nfi why. I'm drinking nowhere near as much beer for that matter.

My advisers have established a 'Best Foot Forward' solution which holds that "Mr. Webster's newfound health-oriented approach to his diet and lifestyle have been reflected in his significantly improved glow, aura, and physique. We support Mr. Webster on his journey towards being a fat cunt whole-heatedly".

Can't argue with that if you're queering my opium.

Dinner was liver, bacon, mash and veg. I just hate these sort of classic meals but I will not say no to a free feed when I know full well the fridge is empty. Mama din raise no fool.

I should note I made a light red wine and mustard marinade, in which it sat for roughly one hour.
