Dinner was liver, bacon, mash and veg. I just hate these sort of classic meals but I will not say no to a free feed when I know full well the fridge is empty. Mama din raise no fool.

I should note I made a light red wine and mustard marinade, in which it sat for roughly one hour.

I went to a dinner at the new Alibi Room and look... they ran out of chicken and prawns. I feel like a fucking jerk whinging about this because they attempted to compensate us with free drinks but in all honestly I don't want drippy fettuccine (came out with penne) cabonara with ~extra~ bacon when I could be getting a dish that I know will taste good no matter what.

I had definitely forgotten just how long it takes to walk to Alibi from the Valley station... But the $7 pints weren't bad!

Lunch was a "Simon Says" from Grill'd with no onion and a few of Leo's chups. Washed down with a can of coke and copious amounts of water. Stay tuned for the dinner report.
