OK thinking it through I've got a few causes for my newfound fat-cuntness, listed below:

- I have spent more than $17.33 a week;
- ...primarily on beer, which (crucially) has COMPLETELY replaced goon;
- I'm eating real meals instead of no meals;
- I've only thrown up 4 times in the past month and 3 of those incidences occured on the same day, which means it only really counts as 2 times, WELL below average.

I need to see photographic evidence of a Tommy Tubster.

For dinner I just made egg crepes with sauteed mushroom, leek and spinach filling. The inclusion of cayenne pepper was a notable highlight. I really enjoyed this meal and would definitely make it again.

Ingredients:

* 4 teaspoons olive oil
* 1 onion, chopped
* 3 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
* 8 teaspoons wheat-free tamari (or soy-sauce)
* 4 teaspoons brown sugar
* one 270 ml can coconut milk
*1/3 cup sweet chili sauce (optional, I don't use it)

In a saucepan or fry pan sauté onion and garlic until cooked through. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Reduce heat and simmer until thick.

I also use a satay seasoning powder I picked up from the Indian food store in the valley as well as some chili sambal, but nether are essential.
