I christened my new Weber Q 220 on sunday, cooked up some fat scotch fillet steaks and a lovely vegetarian selection of grilled aubergine, portabello mushrooms stuffed with basil and ricotta and topped with cheddar, plus some button musrooms de-stemed and filled with a mixture of garic, butter and white vinegar
