Tomato, spinach and camembert on rye. Untoasted. Can we still be sandwich buddies, Tom?

Was yours good? Mine wasn't really that good. I was expected at least an 8-9 out of ten, and was left with a stretched 7.

Should have bought beta feta, should have reconsidered dumping on so much spinach without adding something else to it.

Needless to say, four slices of rye was TOO MUCH.

Totally hit the spot. The thing about sandwiches that aren't entirely spread based is the inconsistency of each bite re: the balance of ingredients. I often wonder if I could blend down all the ingredients into some sort of sandwich super spread* for optimal taste consistency, but that would detract from the experience.

*just for you, Tom.
